 If the file is smaller than 10 megabytes, you can download it. This is indicated by a link to the name of the file. Files larger than 10 MB are greyed out in the name. However, you can request to receive this file manually.

+In short: no! Since all leaks are fully indexed with Elastic search, you won't find anything more in a local download than what you can do with the Kaduu search operators:
